Loan Policy

Loan Fee per each frame: £80 (non-refundable)

Shipping: Not included in the loan fee

Shipping Responsibility: Borrower must cover shipping costs both ways (outbound and return)

Loan Limit: Maximum 2 frames per loan ( £160 non-refundable)

Important Notes:

London Pick-Up:
If collecting in person, please arrange a courier with proper tracking for the pick-up.

International Shipping:
All items will be shipped via FedEx International Priority®. Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel size, weight, and destination, and will be provided prior to dispatch.

The loan will be shipped only after the full loan fee and shipping costs are received. Return shipping must also use FedEx International Priority®, and a tracking number must be provided.

The stylist or their team is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the loan period.
