Custom Nature of Products
All frames are made-to-order and crafted according to pre-set, standard sizes and designs. Since each frame is made to order based on the specifications listed on our website, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
Production Time
Made-to-order frames typically require 3 to 4 weeks for production. Please note that this production time may vary slightly depending on order volume or other factors. We will notify you if there are any delays that affect the estimated production timeline.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders for made-to-order frames cannot be canceled once production has begun. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Modifications: If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. Modifications can only be made if production has not yet started.
Refund Policy
No Refunds: As all made-to-order frames are pre-designed and made according to standard specifications, we do not issue refunds unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your frame arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (such as if the wrong design or frame type was shipped), please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process: If a refund is granted due to defective or incorrect items, the refund will only cover the cost of the frame, not any shipping fees.
Order Confirmation and Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all order details before completing the purchase. We strongly encourage you to double-check your frame selection and design preferences. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be amended.
